The estate is managed by Barnes Waterside Estate Management Company Ltd, which owns the freehold of the estate's common areas. All owners of freehold and leasehold property on the estate are members of the company. The directors of the company are members who volunteer their time to oversee its management.
In addition to Barnes Waterside Estate Management Company, there are 15 other management companies, each with its own board of directors, that own the freehold of specific buildings, private gardens, amenity areas and private roads on the estate.
Trinity Church Road, Cartwright Way and Wyatt Drive are council-adopted roads and do not have their own management companies.
All units on the estate, be they leasehold flats or freehold houses, enter into covenants with Barnes Waterside Estate Management Company to ensure good overall management of the estate.
Willmotts, Chartered Surveyors, are the appointed managing agents.
